Kirsty Hill

Kirsty is an accomplished leader and program manager with more than 30 years of experience in the apprenticeship, training, employment and education sectors.


Starting her career as an apprentice chef, she has held a diverse range of roles from apprenticeship group training and business development to Federal Government contracts for apprentice and trainee employment and training.


Having previously spent more than 11 years in the Northern Territory mentoring and managing apprentices for Indigenous, diversity and not-for-profit groups, as well as recruiting apprentices and trainees for the NT Government, Kirsty is a big believer in the power of apprenticeships and traineeships in leading to great careers.

Now a Fraser Coast local, Kristy is eager to create seamless and fulfilling career transitions and is committed to educating students on the many apprenticeship and traineeship pathways available in our region.
